From start to finish you helped to solve and work thru whatever problems that came up in a timely and professional manner. We are also very impressed ho you went above and beyond when it came to solving the water infiltration problems in the walls due to the failed Hardi and Stucco that our home was originally constructed with in 2000.

The crew respected our home and yard, leaving it neat and clean on a daily basis. They were very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions we had. This was a pleasant surprise to us in comparison to other contractors we had worked with.

Dear Scott:

The seven new windows are in and look great. I am very pleased with how the installation went. We were lucky and the weather cooperated which helped a lot. Stan and Jason were very considerate of the inside of the house, and the shrubs on the outside. Stan removed the mini-blinds because I couldn't figure out how to do it. Then he replaced them for me when they had each new window installed. He even showed me where the dryer vent hose needed to be replaced. I ran to the store and got new flexible hose and he installed it for me. And that was after he vacuumed behind the dryer for me. This was really above and beyond the window installation, and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate his thoughtfulness.
Stan helped me re-hang the window valances. He is so tall he could do it without a ladder. I used the ladder on the other side and between us we had the window treatments back in place in next to no time at all.

I want to thank you and your staff for your efforts on my behalf. I appreciate the excellent quality you continue to provide to me: siding, garage doors, slider, and now windows. With every installation your people have provided customer service above and beyond my expectations, and I truly appreciate your efforts.

Our home is 13 years old, and was originally constructed with LP siding. With all the bad press, and class action lawsuits against them, we were concerned about the resale of our home if we did not replace the siding. We had actually make arrangements to have it painted when you intervened and showed us your product. We were impressed by the look of Crane board, and especially liked the fact that it came with a warranty for the life of the structure, and that we would be able to transfer that warranty to future buyers. Just a few words to let you know how much I appreciate the professionalism that was portrayed through out the entire installation of my new siding. The professional salesmanship of Josh, who gave a full explanation of the product and the oversight at the installation to insure the project, was advancing on schedule and the specifics of the order. He had all the answers to all of my questions before and during the installation. He was a pleasure to have on my side during this great improvement on my investment.

Nothing can be said about the lead installer Kevin, which can be any less of a true professional. He was there before I went to work and sometimes still present when I returned home. He really believed in the product and when a company believes in what they are selling that says a lot about their product. He actually demonstrated why this composite siding is better that the vinyl that is sold on the market today. He even gave me some pointers of why this product is installed better than the others. He always cleaned the site on a daily basis.
